Spanish fluency is required for this role.ResponsibilitiesDeliver working software each sprint, taking end-to-end responsibility for increments.Collaborate in cross-functional teams, utilizing diverse skills to contribute in multiple areas.Participate actively in Sprint Planning, reviews, and retrospectives within Agile frameworks.Ensure high product quality through adherence to coding standards, testing, refactoring, and best practices.Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, maximizing product value.Engage in continuous learning and process improvement, focusing on technical skills.Support continuous integration with automated build, test, and deployment processes.Promote transparency of work in progress and coordinate with other teams for effective integration.Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration.Take collective ownership of the product, sharing responsibility for successes and failures.Participate in team-building activities to foster positive team dynamics.Why Join Us?Join our dynamic team and discover growth and opportunities.
