OUR BRANDSChiliz: The backbone of our ecosystem, creator of Chiliz Chain - the Layer 1 blockchain that powers our vision of Web3 for sports and entertainment.Fan Tokens: Official Digital Assets for more than 70 of the world's biggest sports teams, including giants like Paris Saint Germain, Man City, FC Barcelona.Socios.com The Web3 Fan Token Wallet and home of Fan Token rewards.THE ROLEReporting to the Ticketing & Activations Team Lead, the Ticketing & Activations Specialist will manage ticketing, hospitality, and merchandise distribution across Socios.com's extensive network of sports partnerships, including leading Italian clubs such as Juventus, Inter Milan, AS Roma, and Napoli.Responsibilities & DutiesOversee the Ticketing & Activations operations for specified club(s) and market(s), working closely with the internal delivery team to maximise Socios.com's extensive sponsorship rights and associated events.Support the Ticketing & Activations Team Lead and the wider internal delivery team to leverage Socios.com's extensive sponsorships rights and associated events.Work across several partner ticketing management systems and reward a large number of users with once-in-a-lifetime opportunities.Own the allocation and management of ticketing across all dedicated partner clubs for all matches, ensuring optimal distribution and utilisation.Manage the partner merchandise allocation from receiving the stock from the partnership managers to regular stock take as well as coordinating all merchandise shipments to the respective winners.Occasionally support the delivery of hospitality and fan engagement activities, including assisting with event-day management of hospitality suites or boxes, coordinating pitch-side or half-time competitions, and attending sponsorship events as needed. These responsibilities are infrequent and not part of the day-to-day role.Build a strong working relationship with the hospitality teams at our partners and right holders;Management of sponsorship and events admin, including managing and updating the events calendar.Collaborate with internal stakeholders including but not limited to the Marketing, Sponsorships & Partnerships, Customer Service & Product Teams to guarantee a stellar and unique experience for all our users & fans;RequirementsProven experience with ticket booking systems and in co-ordinating rewards programmes.Strong eye for detail to manage ticketing, hospitality, and merchandise processes accurately.Exceptional verbal and written communication to liaise with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.Ability to adapt quickly, think creatively, and provide solutions in fast-paced event environments.Interpersonal skills and experience of hosting and delivering complex events;Ability to work under pressure as part of a highly driven and fast paced environment;A proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently and think autonomously.Understanding of blockchain technologies and their impact on sports and fan engagement.A solid understanding of the role of sponsorship within marketing and an interest in sports would be beneficial.Willingness to travel as needed.Fluency in Italian (written and verbal) is required.WHAT WE OFFERThe chance to join a global community of sports blockchain enthusiasts spanning 6 countries and over 40 nationalities, committed to building a vibrant, exciting Web3 future for sports alongside some of the biggest names on the planet.
