Accessibility is at the heart of what we do, and we need your expertise to help us achieve this goal.Role responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain customer-facing web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.Must-have requirementsProven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.Strong proficiency in technologies such as Java (bonus for rxJava, vertX, and/or Spring Framework) and modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular.Experience working with real customer-facing web applications and understanding how modern web applications work.Fluent communication and documentation skills in English.A positive attitude and the ability to work in an international team.Nice-to-have requirementsExperience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Understanding of modern architecture models such as Microservices, Serverless Architecture, and Event-driven Architecture.Knowledge of orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Spring Framework, or NodeJS.Experience with testing frameworks and tools.Familiarity with assistive technologies such as screen readers.Previous experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe…).A DevOps mindset.About Sanoma LearningHow do you prepare students for the world, engage their curiosity and inspire them to grow?
