Do you have a knack for aligning people's strategies with global business goals?We're looking for a Global Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic, global Talent Acquisition team and contribute to leading our talent initiatives into the future.What you'll do:Take ownership of end-to-end talent attraction and acquisition globally (we operate in more than 100 countries, your exposure will be truly global).Partner closely with senior leadership to build and execute talent strategies that align with the company's global vision and priorities.Drive change management initiatives, ensuring that our workforce is adaptable, resilient, and aligned with organizational changes.Provide strategic consultation to hiring managers, guiding them in making informed talent decisions.Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide insights into talent pools and trends.Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and talent gaps.Ensure a fair, equitable, and innovative approach to attracting top talent.Leverage data-driven approaches to continuously improve talent pipelines, evaluate success metrics, and optimize performance.Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition and HR teams to create an agile team environment and enhance candidate experience for global recruitment projects.What you need for this role:5-7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or talent management, with a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced, global environments.Proven experience in change management and implementing strategic initiatives that align with evolving business goals.A demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while taking full accountability for outcomes.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.Fluent in English and Spanish.A deep understanding of global talent trends.Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures.Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with a focus on long-term talent planning as well as day-to-day operational excellence.Passion for continuous improvement and innovative thinking, with a commitment to driving organizational success.What will make us really love you:You have a solid understanding of hiring candidates preferably in the digital marketing industry, advertising or sales.You have an eye for detail.You maintain a balance of being a true team player as well as having a competitive edge.You have a positive attitude (training, resiliency, appreciate the growth from adversity).You are coachable and have proven ability to take and implement feedback.You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.You are a proven top performer in your work experience.You embrace change and have fun working in Talent Acquisition.You are truly passionate about people, their interests, what drives them, and their experience while going through our hiring process.What you'll love about us:We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company.Work in a dynamic team in a fast-paced industry of an international company with multi-cultural teams around the world.Why Join Us?This is your chance to make a real impact by shaping the future of our talent strategy.
