In our Viladecavalls office’s, we are looking for an HSE Specialist to support the OHSE Department to ensure the preventive activity of the plant as well as conduct the different Health & Safety initiatives along with stakeholders. ⭐Main functions Collaborate in the implementation of annual corporate health and safety goals and define actions to achieve them Reporting systems: Periodically review all reported information, ensuring correct recording, assigned responsibilities, deadlines, and proper event closing. Carry out various risk assessments for different job positions. Participate in the investigation and analysis of potential incidents that may occur on-site. Participate in audit processes (internal, external, client, etc.) and monitor the Health and Safety management system. Plan and conduct safety inspections in the work location. Consistently review the site Emergency Plan. Ensure Emergency drills are carried out effectively. Collaborate with the departments to integrate preventive activity into their processes and ensure proper compliance with policies and procedures to achieve health and safety objectives. Train colleagues to understand laws, regulations, and procedures, offering guidance of risk mitigation. When necessary, advocate for ongoing improvements for the equipment and people safety throughout engineering controls and developing risk assessments. Ensure compliance with Laws, Regulations and Procedures. Support the occupational safety campaigns carried out annually and conduct regular training for staff. Support and drive the achievement of a Safety First Culture Verify that products, equipment’s and tools meet the internal safety standards. Manage the PPE for staff. What we are looking for Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with demonstrated key responsibilities and knowledge. English fluent oral and written. Proficient in Excel and the whole office package. Demonstrated experienced in a manufacturing environment sector would be a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Familiar with Health and Safety and Environmental regulatory requirements and ISO 45001, 14001 Certifications framework.
