The role requires a balance of operational leadership, technical oversight, regulatory compliance, and commercial development, ensuring excellent in highly regulated environments.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the management of the Branch P&LManage the teams in the Branch (Customers Sales Representatives Team, Production Team, Logistic Team) in order to develop the branch with professional and motivated teamsFocus on a high quality of service for customers’ satisfaction and build long term relationships with current customersEnsure timely completion of all work within the scope of the team by:Supervising and coordinating to ensure full utilization of technician capabilitiesCoordinating efforts in the development of automated procedures.Automate production process & Improve productivity of the labImplement the investment plan into the BranchProactively set and lead action plansProvide a strong customer service focused on customers’ satisfaction.Build strong working relationships internally within the Management teamPrepare operational, financial, and quality reportsREQUIRED SKILLSA sense of urgency, strong results orientation and highly proactiveA proven track record of P&L management in the field of B-to-B, in competitive industrial servicesWill have a strong customer services backgroundVery operationalStrong leadership and people management capabilitiesExcellent communication and customer relationship skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Engineering, LifeSciences or a related technical field (preferred)Minimum of 6 years of experience in calibration, metrology, laboratory operations, or technical services or life sciences services.Experience working with pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries is a strong advantage.Strong knowledge of accredited laboratories and regulatory inspections.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive salary and performance – based incentivesA collaborative, quality-driven, and high-performance work environmentProfessional growth within a specialized and regulated industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
