Our innovative technologies and services are taking energy forward Making it safer, cleaner and more efficient for people and the planet.Be part of a team that makes a difference to our businessYou will be responsible for the project P&L and leads all elements of Baker Hughes products and services, contracted parties as acts as the primary liaison for the client interface of the project.This position would include oversight of all stages of project from planning through operational deployment and on through project closing.You will drive “on-time” delivery, consistency, and service delivery excellence, all while maximizing the revenue, minimizing cost, and optimizing the timing of cash collection.You will engage significantly with the Integrated Solutions Service delivery organization and individual product lines.This is a high-profile position with full business ownership, P&L responsibility, accountability, and decision making.As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:Ensuring the overall management of the project in full contractual compliance and applying the Quality System criteria customized to the projectDefining the Coordination Procedure and Project Quality Plan, as plannedBeing the main point of contact between the Client and the CompanyLeading the Project Team in the execution of activities, defining tasks and issuing all necessary instructions to personnel assigned to the ProjectDirecting, planning, organizing and ensuring communications and reporting on the ProjectMonitoring and ensuring the quality of the work of each office/department, while retaining full responsibility to the office/department itselfMonitoring Project schedules, check their actual progress and prepare Project reportsManaging project variationsArchiving quality record documents related to the project (e.g. Quality Control Plan, Quality Service Audit reports on the Project, etc.)Contributing to the professional development of the staff assigned to the project teamForeseeing and promptly undertaking the necessary corrective actions of any type in all situations that require it to prevent, absorb or minimize delays, additional costs and conditions contrary to the Project Quality Plan, reassigning priorities, when requiredKeeping management informed of all significant project developmentsEnsuring invoicing and collectionsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role, you will:Have a Technical High School Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in chemical or Mechanical EngineeringHave proven experience in EPC companies in similar role.Have in-depth knowledge of work processes and execution procedures of EPC projects.Be Fluent in English both oral and written.Be a self-starter, able to lead a team during the preparation of the offer.Be able to perform complex tasks typical of Engineering & Contracting companies.Be able to work with tight deadlines and to ensure clarity and quality of documentation and services.Be able to present design problems clearly to senior reports, customers and suppliers.Be able to make a decision independentlyWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
