Desde Grupo Avintia estamos buscando un/a Project Manager/ Project Planner , con experiencia combinada en gestión y planificación de proyectos, orientado a la mejora continua, la eficiencia operativa y la optimización de procesos y cadenas de valor. Las funciones a llevar a cabo son las siguientes: Liderar proyectos estratégicos directores y de eficiencia, productividad, estandarización y mejora continua, promovidos desde de las direcciones Generales Corporativas y de Negocio. Elaborar y mantener cronogramas avanzados en Microsoft Project, asegurando control de hitos, actividades, dependencias y recursos. Analizar, mapear y optimizar cadenas de valor (VSM), así como procesos y procedimientos corporativos. Diseñar, documentar e implantar procesos, procedimientos y estándares operativos transversales. Supervisar y coordinar la ejecución de proyectos llevados a cabo por terceros (contratistas/proveedores). Establecer indicadores, cuadros de mando y reportes ejecutivos mediante Office Avanzado y /o Power BI. Alinear las iniciativas del área con la estrategia corporativa, asegurando su despliegue en la organización. Aplicar metodologías y mejores prácticas de gestión de proyectos. Los requisitos para la posición son los siguientes: Ingeniería Industrial, Civil, Mecánica o similar. Entre 5-10 años de experiencia en planificación y gestión de proyectos. Dominio avanzado de herramientas: Microsoft Project y Microsoft Office. Experiencia en mejora de procesos, documentación de procedimientos y análisis organizativo. Capacidad para coordinar proyectos ejecutados por terceros.
