We bridge the gap between global talent and US-based businesses, connecting candidates from vibrant regions like Latin America, the Philippines, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Africa with leading American companies.Position Overview:We are looking for a self-motivated Intermediate Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate loves challenging work, is obsessively organized, and has a commitment to continuous improvement. This role involves providing non-assurance accounting services for private entities and small to mid-sized public companies across various industries.Key Responsibilities:Bookkeeping: Handle bookkeeping for multiple public and private clients across industries such as e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, cannabis, blockchain, mining, and biotechnology.Audit Working Papers: Maintain various audit working papers and liaise with clients' external auditors.Currency and Tax Management: Work with different functional currencies and manage commodity tax filings for clients (e.g., GST, PST).Record Management: Maintain organized e-records of invoices/statements.Administrative Support: Perform other administrative tasks as required.Qualifications:Language Skills: Proficient in English with strong communication skills.Experience: 1-2 years of full-cycle accounting experience; exposure to accounting software like QuickBooks and Sage is preferred.Technical Skills: Familiarity with financial reporting and bookkeeping practices; experience with audit-related tasks is a plus.Attributes: Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.Nice-to-Haves:Experience in the mining industry.Bachelor's degree or diploma specializing in accounting.Please note: To ensure prompt processing of your application, we kindly request that you submit your resume and intro video in English format.
