Acerca del puesto Junior Production Planner Desde Mur&Partners ofrecemos una posición como Junior Production Planner para una empresa líder en el sector alimentario. En dependencia directa del Supply Chain Planning Manager, la misión de la posición será coordinar y planificar los programas de producciócn a corto, medio y largo plazo de producto terminado, con el objetivo de garantizar los niveles de servicio y la eficiencia de las plantas dentro del presupuesto asignado. Desarrollar y mantener planes de producción que aseguren el cumplimiento de los KPI de nivel de servicio, garantizando que los productos se fabriquen de manera oportuna y eficiente. Coordinar las actividades de producción con otros departamentos (compras, inventario, calidad, etc.) para alinear los planes de producción con las necesidades de la cadena de suministro. Monitorear el progreso de la producción y ajustar los programas cuando sea necesario para hacer frente a cambios o retrasos. Contribuir al cumplimiento del KPI de OEE (eficiencia general de los equipos) mediante la anticipación y prevención de cambios de última hora en la producción. Detectar posibles cuellos de botella de capacidad y proponer escenarios para anticipar y evitar desafíos operativos en las plantas Gestionar y mantener niveles óptimos de inventario de producto terminado, alineados con los objetivos de nivel de servicio. Comunicar de manera proactiva con los departamentos de Atención al Cliente y Ventas cualquier eventualidad que pueda afectar al servicio. Detectar desviaciones en el forecast (pronóstico de demanda) y escalarlas al equipo de planificación de la demanda para obtener nuevas perspectivas sobre el comportamiento del mercado. Formación universitaria en Ingeniería. Experiencia mínima 2 años de experiencia previa en planificación de la producción y/o demanda en entorno industrial. Idiomas: Español e inglés fluidos, tanto oral como escrito.
