Therefore, being a NEXTER means that your career and talent become meaningful to you and those around you, allowing you to build what matters most to you and reach your next level.We are looking for aDatabase Administrator (MS-SQL)to join our team for a multinational leader in the technology sector.Key Responsibilities: Provideadministration and production supportfor MS-SQL databases across Europe, ensuring stability, resilience and high performance. Perform monitoring, capacity management, backup and recovery, performance analysis and general incident/service request resolution. Contribute to thedesign and build of new database and server architectures . Offer ad hoc consulting to application teams and participate in change management processes. Help maintainhigh availability environments . Actively collaborate with technical peers to improve stability and performance across services. Communicate clearly with the management team when required. Continuously enhance core skills, develop new ones and share knowledge with colleagues. Work followingITIL methodologyon a daily basis.Skills:Essential: Solid experience inMS-SQL database administrationin demanding and high-availability environments. Strong background in performance tuning, backup & recovery, monitoring and production support. Automate operational tasks and system deployments using PowerShell scripting and automation. Experience working in international and distributed teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear communication abilities and orientation to teamwork. High level of English (minimum B2).Desirable: Experience defining and building new SQL Server architectures. Knowledge of capacity management.
