It was called Les Composantes, and it is called Sézane today.My priorities have always remained the same: to innovate and to place people, creativity, quality and service at the heart of everything.To co-build the future, we are now looking for experienced, structured and agile talents who share the desire to constantly improve everything that can be.Passionate, autonomous talents who conceive work with respect for others and for whom nothing is out of reach, as long as we give ourselves the means.Sézane is a playground where every day is unlike any other, your job today may not be the same as yesterday's and probably not the same tomorrow.We are looking for the talents of an Instore Visual Merchandiser & Sales Advisor (M/F) for our future Appartment in Madrid, opening planned in December.Your missions as Instore Visual Merchandiser will be the following during 20H a week:Be the Guarantor of the Retail brand image:Guarantee an optimal presentation of the products while respecting the Sézane DNA and commercialityProvide customers with an exciting and inspiring shopping experienceEnsure the rotation of racks, mannequins and walls according to the flow of partsOrganize your work according to needs, priorities and commercial planningCollaboration with Headquarters:Apply the guidelines for racks + mannequins drawn up by HeadquartersTransmit qualitative photos of the achievements respecting the deadlinesEnsure the feedback of information to the Manager according to the need for adaptation of the guidelinesRaising awareness and training teams in VM:Disseminate and circulate VM information (focus, VM standards, trends, etc.)Maintain active communication with the various managers in order to best meet their expectationsTake care of the scenography of the Apartment:Ensure the proper management of furniture in the storeBe responsible for POS & merchandising materialsEnsure the management and follow-up of service providers (flowers, books, etc.)Being a project and work manager (showcases, product presentation updates, pop-ups, etc.)Your missions as Sales Advisor will be the following during 20H a week:Delivering a unique customer experience:Make the customer the priority of the flat to guarantee optimal customer serviceEmbody the Sezane spirit and style through impeccable presentation (respect for grooming)Welcome your customers with generosity and empathy in order to offer them the best possible experienceConsider the personality of your customers in order to identify their desiresHelp them discover the brand and our different worlds/productsBe an ambassador of the Brand's omnichannel nature (flat and web)Demonstrate curiosity and develop an in-depth knowledge of the Brand and its productsBe a force for proposing specific actions to make the customer experience memorable and unique.Dealing with customer complaints and dissatisfaction to satisfy our customers and build loyaltyKnowing our CSR policy to respond to customersGuarantee the brand image:Know the basic rules of Sézane merchandisingCheck the labeling of products on the floorParticipate in the implementation of the merchandising and ensure its follow-upOffer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experienceMonitor and maintain the sales level of the storeHave a fashion culture to be able to make proposalsEnsure the smooth running of Operations:Apply Sezane policies, standards and proceduresCollect and respect procedures related to operationsCarry out specific processing (returns, exchanges, reservations)Participate in the definition of the number of staff required to meet customer expectationsEnsure proper stock managementBe a team player:Be a team player, participate in all related tasksParticipate in the creation of a positive and harmonious environment to create a group synergyRelay the brand's commitmentsYou have a first successful experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Sales Advisor in the field of ready-to-wear.Passionate about fashion, you have a good culture of trends, are proactive and have a strategic/commercial vision of products.Positive and creative, you feel the desire to share and develop your skills in an agile and galvanizing environment.Team Player, you like to participate in all activities contributing to the general objectives of the store.You don't like being bored because you are overflowing with energy?
