Descripción del trabajo El Client Advisor representa a la compañía con los clientes en nuestras tiendas boutique. Se considera experto en la venta de artículos de lujo y es responsable de la satisfacción y fidelización de cada cliente. Colabora para alcanzar los objetivos cualitativos y cuantitativos establecidos por su departamento y por la tienda. Es polivalente, operando constantemente para atender la tienda con el objetivo de lograr la máxima satisfacción del cliente. Se alinea con el estilo y los estándares cualitativos de la marca durante todo el proceso de venta y postventa. Trabaja con sus colegas para crear un ambiente positivo en la tienda y presta atención a su nivel de desempeño. Proporciona y mantiene un alto nivel de servicio al cliente. Gestiona las relaciones comerciales con los clientes para garantizar el mayor nivel de satisfacción y mejorar cada fase de la relación comercial. Participa en las reuniones de la tienda y el departamento. Client Management and CRM Garantiza el servicio postventa con el mismo nivel de eficiencia y cuidado, con el fin de mantener la satisfacción y fidelidad de los clientes y promover la imagen de la marca. Gestiona reclamos con el apoyo del supervisor. Convierte cada punto de contacto con el cliente en una situación positiva, siempre promoviendo la imagen de la marca. Participa en todas las presentaciones de productos (de todas las categorías de productos) realizadas en la tienda. Conoce profundamente todos los productos de su categoría y está al día con todas las categorías de productos presentes en la tienda. Mantiene actualizado el stock de la tienda para optimizar las ventas. Participa en el inventario de fin de año, sector y rotación de cada categoría de producto. Requisitos y cualificaciones Experiencia laboral relevante como Client Advisor en una boutique de lujo. Alineado con la identidad de la marca y orientado al detalle. Pasión y alta motivación por los productos y la marca Loro Piana. Fluent English, both spoken and written; #J-18808-Ljbffr
