We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.Inscríbase rápido, consulte la descripción completa desplazándose hacia abajo para conocer todos los requisitos de este puesto.ResponsibilitiesExecutealllinemanagementandHRresponsibilities,includingperformancereviews,feedbackcycles,anddevelopmentplanning,inatimelyandefficientmanner.Anticipateteamresourcingneedsandleadrecruitmenteffortstomaintainoptimalteamstructureandcapacity.Collaborate cross functionally with Account Management, Design, Compliance, and Development teams to ensure all product initiatives meet business, regulatory, and quality standards.Driveproductandprocessimprovementsfromasupportandbrandenhancementperspective,promotingcontinuousdevelopmentandinnovation.Establishcleargoals,prioritizeworkloads,andmonitorprogressinalignmentwithbusinessprioritiesandcompliancerequirements.Buildandmaintainstrong,responsiverelationshipswiththeAccountManagementteam,ensuringtheirneedsarefullyunderstoodandmetinatimelymanner.Serveasakeyliaisonwithseniorleadership,ensuringcommunicationisclear,consistent,andalignedwithcompanygoals.NurturepositiveworkingrelationshipswithstakeholdersacrossProduct,Design,Development,andDeliveryteamstofacilitatesmoothcollaborationandsharedsuccess.Supportdeliveryteamswithproductknowledgeanddecision-makingasneeded,mediatingtoresolveroadblocksandensurepositiveoutcomes.Ensureallbrandsundersupportarereviewedonaregularbasis(daily/weekly),maintainingcompliancewithUX/UIstandardsandbusinesscommitments.Overseebacklogmanagementandensurecontinuousimprovementsinsupportbrandqualitythroughteam-ledinitiatives.Promoteconsistentbrandmonitoringpracticeswithintheteamandintroduceprocessimprovementsasneeded.Developdeepproductknowledgeofeachbrand,includinguniquefeatures,marketpositioning,andpartnerrelationships,andmaintainastructuredinternalknowledgebase.Deliverclear,accurate,andinsightfulweeklyreportsontime,providingvisibilityintofeaturereleasesandtheirimpactacrossbrands.Consolidateinputfrominternalteamsanddepartmentstoensurereportingiscomprehensiveandalignedwithbusinessobjectives.Promotedata-informeddecision-makingbyensuringreportsreflectanuancedunderstandingofplatformactivitiesandsupportoutcomes.Requirements5+ years in product managementwithiniGaming.StrongexperienceinmanagingmultiplebrandsandteammanagementisdesirableFamiliaritywithregulatoryrequirementssuchasKYC,responsiblegaming,AML,reporting,andtechnicalcompliance.Strongleadershipandteammanagementskills,withafocusonmentorshipandteamdevelopment.Excellentstrategicthinking,withtheabilitytotranslatebusinessneedsintoproductrequirements.Exceptionalorganizationalandcommunicationskillstoaligncross-functionalteams.FluentEnglish(verbal&written)isaMUST.AbilitytospeakRussianisdesired.Bold moves start here.
