Join us on our exciting journey and contribute to making a lasting difference to our planet Responsibilities Invoice Management: Check and approve incoming invoices in DSS and SAP Issue outgoing invoices (milestones, additional invoices e.g. transfers between sites, credit notes) Prepare payment requests for Finance and monitor incoming payments Coordinate with Finance to ensure correct accounting bookings Monthly Closing Support: Prepare the invoice accruals report Prepare the project accruals report Prepare the PoC report Prepare the AR list Commercial Management: Support Project Managers and Sourcing Managers with all commercial topics (e.g. invoice checks, corrections, customer/vendor requests) Support bond management processes and ensure they are valid Make sure project insurances are valid and active with PMs and Lois; check expiry dates and remind when needed Support EPC cost control: Support Cost controllers to have better forecast on Total CAPEX of each project Requirements You have graduated in Business Administration, or other relevant fields, with no more than 3 years having passed since graduation You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel. SAP skills are desirable You like to work in a team and enjoy solving challenges together You are business fluent in both Spanish and English language Please send your CV in English Benefits Our Workplace: In Madrid our office is in Torre Europe near Santiago Bernabéu Station, which you can easily reach by metro line 10.
