Aún teniendo más de 17.000 personas colaboradoras en todo el mundo, seguimos siendo una empresa familiar con un ambiente de trabajo muy cercano.En Endress+Hauser España buscamos incorporar a una persona con perfil técnico, comprometida y con vocación de servicio, para unirse a nuestro equipo de Servicio Técnico de Campo principalmente para la m edición analítica de gases y líquidos .¿Qué esperamos de ti?Prestar soporte técnico directamente en las instalaciones de nuestras empresas cliente, asegurando un servicio eficaz, seguro y de calidad en las siguientes tareas:Puesta en marcha, mantenimiento, reparación, diagnóstico y actualización de equipos e instrumentos.Reducción del tiempo de parada en planta mediante intervenciones eficientes y resolutivas.Formación técnica al personal de mantenimiento de nuestras empresas cliente.Gestión profesional de incidencias, asumiendo la responsabilidad cuando sea necesario y escalando los casos oportunamente.Resolución de problemas técnicos en campo, de forma autónoma o con el apoyo de nuestra organización.Participación en proyectos y grupos de trabajo técnico junto con fábrica y otros equipos multidisciplinares.¿Qué responsabilidades tendrás?Preparar cada intervención de forma rigurosa: análisis de la solicitud, herramientas, documentación técnica, repuestos, instrucciones de trabajo...Utilizar sistemas digitales para documentar, gestionar y cerrar eficazmente cada caso de servicio.Cumplir con las normativas de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente vigentes, tanto propias como las del cliente y la legislación local.Mantenerse actualizad@ en productos, servicios y tecnologías de Endress+Hauser.Ciclo formativo en electrónica industrial o similar.Conocer el entorno de planta, maquinaria industrial y los procesos supervisados y controlados por instrumentos de medición.Conocimientos previos en instrumentación industrial, comunicaciones industriales como ModBus, RS232, RS485, Ethernet, configuraciones IP y tratamiento general de señales.Disponibilidad para viajar gran parte del tiempo por el territorio nacional.Buscamos una persona metódica y con mentalidad resolutiva.Contar con permiso de trabajo en España y disponer de un buen nivel de castellano.¿Qué beneficios tendrás?Oportunidad de trabajar en una empresa familiar internacional.Posibilidades de desarrollo laboral y personal.Clima laboral positivo.En Endress+Hauser tenemos compromiso con la Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión, promoviendo un lugar de trabajo diverso e inclusivo aceptando las diferencias.Nuestros procesos de selección, incorporación y desarrollo de talento están centrados en la evaluación de habilidades, competencias y potencial y no discriminamos por género, edad, origen étnico, orientación sexual, apariencia física, estado civil, estado de salud, discapacidad por lo que esta información no será tomada en cuenta en nuestros procesos ni considerada en la selección final de la candidatura. #J-18808-Ljbffr
