Workster is partnering with a world-leading software development company to find a motivated and skilled Technical Support Advisor for their team. Join a dynamic, multicultural environment and start or further your career in the technology and software industry.
Your Role :
- Provide technical assistance and support to clients on software and cloud-based products, including Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, and Microsoft Windows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to cloud technologies, offering solutions via phone, email, or chat.
- Handle diverse customer situations with empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, utilizing critical and logical thinking to find effective solutions.
- Document and manage support cases, ensuring all issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
- Work in collaboration with other team members to ensure high customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and updates for supported products and services.
Your Qualifications :
- Fluent in English (Native level); proficiency in additional languages (Italian, Polish, Spanish, Hungarian, or Czech) is a strong advantage.
- Training or experience in IT technologies / products, with a focus on cloud technologies and Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, Onedrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server).
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- The Offer : Full-time position (39 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
- Fully remote position within Spain, except for the islands. If you reside in Galicia, the role is hybrid.
