Overview Cooltra, compañía líder en soluciones de movilidad sostenible, busca incorporar a su equipo directivo una nueva figura de Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Esta posición estratégica liderará el departamento de Marketing con el objetivo de acelerar el crecimiento y consolidar el posicionamiento de la marca en sus líneas B2B, B2C y B2G. Responsibilities Diseñar e implementar la estrategia global de marketing y comunicación alineada con el plan de negocio y los distintos modelos de ingresos. Liderar un equipo multidisciplinar de más de 15 personas. Formar parte del Comité de Dirección, participando activamente en la toma de decisiones clave para el negocio. Definir planes de acción y KPIs en las áreas de crecimiento, retención, comunicación y diseño. Planificar y ejecutar campañas globales de captación de leads cualificados, coordinando con los responsables regionales las activaciones locales. Analizar situaciones complejas y proponer soluciones eficaces para impulsar la retención y el crecimiento. Seleccionar y optimizar los canales de activación más eficaces (emailing, landing pages, redes sociales, comunidades privadas y públicas, etc.). Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de Tecnología, Producto y Ventas para mejorar continuamente el servicio. Establecer relaciones de confianza con proveedores y socios estratégicos. Qualifications Más de 8 años de experiencia en diseño y ejecución de estrategias de marketing, con enfoque en crecimiento digital. Trayectoria contrastada liderando equipos en áreas de comunicación, diseño, adquisición y fidelización. Excelentes habilidades analíticas y dominio avanzado de Excel. Nivel alto de español e inglés (otros idiomas serán valorados positivamente). Perfil orientado a datos, con capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en métricas. Alta motivación y compromiso.
