Your Role The Business Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring seamless operations within the Food & Beverage division. This position supports account management by handling customer requests, coordinating internal processes, and maintaining effective communication across teams to deliver outstanding service and business results. Act as the main contact for customer inquiries, ensuring quick and professional responses. Support customer visits, workshops, and meeting preparations. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and customer development planning. Prepare offers, support price discussions, and maintain accurate customer data. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory) and affiliates to ensure smooth execution of projects. Manage sample requests, project briefings, and rollout of key initiatives. Oversee administrative tasks such as credit limit updates, documentation, and data entry in internal systems. About You High school diploma or university degree. Minimum of 2 years' experience in business support or a completed commercial apprenticeship. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong team player. Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently. Strong coordination and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); SAP knowledge is an advantage. Fluent in business English (spoken and written).
