Su oferta gastronómica se compone de 5 Restaurantes & Bares, donde disfrutar de los sabores tradicionales de Andalucía, propuestas con una visión renovada y cócteles de autor.Descripción del empleo¿Qué harás como parte del equipo?Maximizar las llamadas de ventas diarias en el campo donde los ejemplos de liderazgo impulsan la eficacia de las ventas con los jugadores del equipo.Gestionar las cuentas clave seleccionadas del hotel y participar en la negociación de todos los contratos de grandes cuentas.Gestionar y controlar la tramitación anual de las solicitudes de propuestas para las necesidades de reuniones y grupos dentro del hotel.Supervisar las previsiones mensuales, trimestrales y a 12 meses vista y asistir a las reuniones de previsión para desarrollar estrategias de ventas/planes de acción tácticos mensuales para superar los déficits con respecto al presupuesto/previsión.Liderar la preparación de los planes de acción mensuales y trimestrales para las reuniones y eventos con el fin de impulsar los resultados y mejorar el rendimiento de las ventas, actualizando el cuadro cronológico de ventas y marketing de los hoteles.Desarrollar y supervisar semanalmente el volumen de nuevas oportunidades de negocio para el hotel.Dirigir sesiones de formación para el personal de ventas según sea necesario.Asistir a las ferias itinerantes requeridas por DOSM, tanto internacionales como locales.Responsable del logro personal y directo de los objetivos individuales y de los ingresos personales y metas presupuestadas de la empresa en el mercado o segmento asignado.Asumir la responsabilidad personal de entender las pautas presupuestarias requeridas para permitir decisiones potenciadas en todas las negociaciones de tarifas y aplicar la estrategia de ingresos.Garantizar que las necesidades del cliente están bien anticipadas y dirigidas por el equipo.Comprender las tendencias del mercado, las necesidades de los clientes y establecer ofertas a medida para atraer nuevos clientes.Preparar informes semanales, mensuales, trimestrales y anuales según sea necesario.Desarrollar, dinamizar y dirigir un equipo motivado, competente y cohesivo a través de la implementación de programas de recompensa y reconocimiento de ventas aprobados y programas de gestión de desempeño de recursos humanos y procedimientos de implementación.RequisitosLicenciatura y / o grado de gestión hotelera / diploma y / o mínimo 2 años como representante de ventas y / o experiencia equivalente en la industria.Debe ser capaz de hablar, leer, escribir y comprender el idioma o idiomas principales usados en el lugar de trabajo, así como el idioma inglés.Requiere excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita.La mayoría de las tareas se realizan en un ambiente de equipo con el empleado actuando como un jugador de equipo.Conocimiento de tácticas de ventas y habilidades estratégicas.Debe poseer destrezas informáticas, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, Microsoft Office.
