Apply nowMinimum RequirementsLanguages: Perfect Spanish and English.Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Community Manager, with a track record of impactful initiatives.Community Building: Experience in launching and managing community initiatives, such as online forums, ambassador programs, event series, and email newsletters.Data-Driven Approach: Ability to identify and monitor key community metrics, such as repeat attendance at events and engagement trends.Outstanding Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Social Media Expertise: Hands-on experience managing social media platforms for brands, with a focus on growth and engagement.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting website traffic and online customer engagement data.Marketing Know-How: In-depth knowledge of online marketing strategies and channels.Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
