Dutch Junior Campaign Specialist - Barcelona, Spain Client: Cross Border Talents Location: Barcelona, Spain Job Category: Other EU work permit required: Yes Job Reference: Job Views: 1 Posted: Expiry Date: Job Description: In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns, with the opportunity to significantly impact their business. This target-driven environment requires you to work towards individual targets and be part of a larger onboarding team. Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns for customers Understand customer needs and objectives Increase spend, upsell, and ensure sustainability Handle a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls Requirements: BA/BS degree or equivalent; MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity and customer satisfaction targets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good time management and organizational skills Strong analytical skills Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business goals Team player capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Native Dutch speaker High level of English proficiency Position Details: Full-time (39h/week, Monday to Friday) Long-term contract Benefits and Support: Flight ticket Taxi to/from the airport and accommodation in Spain PCR test cost covered Accommodation: private studio with amenities including gym, swimming pool, cafeteria Support with private health insurance Three weeks of intensive training on products and sales Additional Notes: Please note that if you do not hold a passport from the country of the vacancy, you may need a work permit.
