Anticipateteamresourcingneedsandleadrecruitmenteffortstomaintainoptimalteamstructureandcapacity. Collaborate cross functionally with Account Management, Design, Compliance, and Development teams to ensure all product initiatives meet business, regulatory, and quality standards. Driveproductandprocessimprovementsfromasupportandbrandenhancementperspective,promotingcontinuousdevelopmentandinnovation. Establishcleargoals,prioritizeworkloads,andmonitorprogressinalignmentwithbusinessprioritiesandcompliancerequirements. Buildandmaintainstrong,responsiverelationshipswiththeAccountManagementteam,ensuringtheirneedsarefullyunderstoodandmetinatimelymanner. Serveasakeyliaisonwithseniorleadership,ensuringcommunicationisclear,consistent,andalignedwithcompanygoals. NurturepositiveworkingrelationshipswithstakeholdersacrossProduct,Design,Development,andDeliveryteamstofacilitatesmoothcollaborationandsharedsuccess. Supportdeliveryteamswithproductknowledgeanddecision-makingasneeded,mediatingtoresolveroadblocksandensurepositiveoutcomes. Ensureallbrandsundersupportarereviewedonaregularbasis(daily/weekly),maintainingcompliancewithUX/UIstandardsandbusinesscommitments. Overseebacklogmanagementandensurecontinuousimprovementsinsupportbrandqualitythroughteam-ledinitiatives. Promoteconsistentbrandmonitoringpracticeswithintheteamandintroduceprocessimprovementsasneeded. Developdeepproductknowledgeofeachbrand,includinguniquefeatures,marketpositioning,andpartnerrelationships,andmaintainastructuredinternalknowledgebase. Deliverclear,accurate,andinsightfulweeklyreportsontime,providingvisibilityintofeaturereleasesandtheirimpactacrossbrands. Consolidateinputfrominternalteamsanddepartmentstoensurereportingiscomprehensiveandalignedwithbusinessobjectives. Promotedata-informeddecision-makingbyensuringreportsreflectanuancedunderstandingofplatformactivitiesandsupportoutcomes. ✅ Requirements 5+ years in product managementwithiniGaming. Strongexperienceinmanagingmultiplebrandsandteammanagementisdesirable FamiliaritywithregulatoryrequirementssuchasKYC,responsiblegaming,AML,reporting,andtechnicalcompliance. Strongleadershipandteammanagementskills,withafocusonmentorshipandteamdevelopment. Excellentstrategicthinking,withtheabilitytotranslatebusinessneedsintoproductrequirements.
