Responsibilities Assist in preparing and adapting digital assets for various formats (web social display, CRM banners etc.) Support the creation and versioning of artwork across different campaigns and markets Work closely with Artworkers, Designers and Project Managers to ensure final deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical specs Maintain consistency across multiple outputs while ensuring high visual quality Prepare files for delivery to media partners or platforms ensuring accuracy and compliance Learn and apply basic knowledge of colour management, file compression, resolution and responsive design principles Support the team in maintaining asset libraries and naming conventions Participate in feedback rounds and make required adjustments efficiently Requirements Recently graduated or currently studying in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication or a related field Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Familiarity with digital formats and platforms (e.g. social media, Google Ads, HTML5 banners) is a plus Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of layout and typography Eagerness to learn, take feedback and work in a fast‑paced production environment Ability to manage time and priorities under guidance A portfolio or examples of digital work (even academic) is highly recommended Conditions Dynamic and creative work environment International company with great growth potential On‑site practices with possibility of telecommuting Access to training 25 hours per week (5 hours daily between 9:00 and 18:00) Study grant €300 / month Our Hogarth Values No egos here.
