You’ll work in product squads covering content management, campaign automation, and performance tracking, helping stakeholders deliver customer‑centric, scalable digital experiences. Your Key Responsibilities Co‑lead marketing‑related squads (website, marketing automation, personalization) with the Product Manager & Tech Lead. Translate business needs into digital solutions; write clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Support content operations, campaign enablement, and performance analysis. Advocate for continuous testing, optimisation, and agile delivery. Collaborate across channels/platforms to ensure a cohesive end‑to‑end journey. Exposure to CMS, marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), or personalization platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement; collaborative mindset. Experience working in agile teams or product squads. Familiarity with analytics, dashboards, and experimentation. Excellent communication; fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
