You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, interacting with international clients. Schedule may include weekends and holidays. Role Responsibilities Sell currency exchange and related services (money transfers, tax-free services, SIM cards, railway tickets, tours, and travel services) Deliver excellent, customer-focused service Suggest additional products or services where appropriate Foster customer loyalty and satisfaction Handle company funds and daily reconciliation Comply with security and loss prevention procedures Role Requirements Diploma or degree Fluency in Italian and English (knowledge of a third language is a plus) Strong communication and sales skills Experience in customer service, retail, or tourism is preferred Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively Team-oriented and flexible work schedules What We Offer Fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent Regular shifts and a supportive team environment Location (In-person) Stores located in Rome, Lazio, Italy Schedule Full-time role with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
