Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) – Member Lifecycle Join Alan as a Fullstack Software Engineer focused on Member Lifecycle. The role involves building a global onboarding platform and automating complex insurance moments for 1M+ members across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. What you’ll build A global onboarding platform serving 1M+ members. Smart automation for key life events that reduce friction and delight users. Build solutions handling complex regulatory requirements across multiple countries. Work as a full‑stack engineer on web and/or mobile. What we’re looking for A seasoned engineer with 3+ years of experience, ready to tackle high‑impact projects and mentor others. Experience in Python, JavaScript, or both (technical expertise is valued but not required). Proficiency in object‑oriented programming (Python, Java, C#) and modern JavaScript. Passion for building products and a self‑starting attitude. Collaborative, eager to learn, teach, and grow. Fluent in English; French is a plus. At least 2 years of software engineering. Comfort leading teams and shaping hiring processes. Key responsibilities Tackle high‑impact & high‑risk projects with multiple engineers. Design efficient systems and engineering practices that align cross‑team interactions. Mentor junior engineers and lead crew initiatives.
