Help us conquer fast growing markets and explore new technology as we expand Guided by our core values, we’ll make a real difference for a better worldAssist with coordination of global corporate events (virtual and physical) including but not limited to tradeshows, seminars, meetups, user groups and webinars.Work with team members to coordinate pre-event, during, and post-event marketing activities and communications.Coordinate event activities and deadlines including Marketing calendars, web updates, abstract submission, speaking opportunities and panels.Assist with onsite event logistics, including proper booth staffing, booth logistics and staff registrations.Communicate event details to key stakeholders and local account teams.Manage EMEA and APAC events, collateral and merchandise shipping logistics.Coordinate with vendors to facilitate printing and/or production of collateral, event graphics and merchandise.Manage lead reporting process including timely lead uploading and tracking in SalesForce as well as campaign creation, entering leads, completing leads information, and monitoring event registrations.Monitor and assist with maintaining the Marketing budget by tracking expenditures for events and webinars.Serve as overall support for Marketing activities in the region; provide input on trends in Europe that affect our markets as well as flag appropriate local content that should be leveraged at the global level.Adherence to corporate guidelines with regards to graphics, messaging, branding, and facilities look and feel.Occasional travel to tradeshows and events.What We’re Looking ForExperience as a Marketing intern/Assistant in a corporate or agency setting; customer-facing experience is a plus.Strong English communication skills (B2 minimum) for all marketing activities.Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Top-notch organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.A passion for Marketing and Communications, with a keen interest in events.Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.Familiarity with Salesforce, especially lead tracking and reporting, is a plus.What We OfferPrivate health and dental insurance.25 days of paid vacation + “Real Vacation Bonus”, an additional bonus for taking more than 1-week vacation increments.Annual bonus based on individual and company performance + other prizes and awards to recognize hard work.Check out our other benefits hereHow's Life At RTIWe have been certified as a Great Place to Work for six consecutive years, both in Spain and the US.We live and work by our core values, which emphasize excellence, teamwork, and reaching your potential.We are defined by our “Working as One” culture and truly care about team’s interaction.
