ABOUT THE JOB:

Due to a transition, we are seeking an Inmunotherapy Product Manager to join our team. You will report to the Head of Sales in Spain and support the group within the Commercial Directorate.

Mission: To design and implement marketing plans for each brand according to current regulations, monitor their progress, and ensure objectives are met while aligning with company guidelines.

Main tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Develop the strategic plan for the products.
  • Create and oversee the operational marketing plan, ensuring compliance once approved.
  • Define and execute product strategies.
  • Manage the allocated budget for the products.
  • Develop and implement the communication strategy for the products.
  • Maintain regular contact with the sales network, including meetings with the Head of Sales in Spain.
  • Manage relations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Conduct and propose market, product, customer, and competitor analyses in collaboration with the Head of Sales in Spain.
  • Identify and propose new business opportunities.
  • Deeply understand the markets and monitor current and future competitors.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in economics, business management, marketing, or health sciences, plus a postgraduate degree in sales or marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent); knowledge of German, Portuguese, or Italian is desirable.
