Overview Act as program and project manager to define and drive to implementation key strategic initiatives with TKE R&D function. Examples include: supporting the definition of scope, team, schedule, and communication plan for major product developments; working closely with the Global Head of R&D to ensure execution of Transformation Initiatives; leading the implementation of efficiency initiatives such as global processes and tools. Responsibilities Act as program and project manager to define and drive to implementation key strategic initiatives with TKE R&D function (examples: support the definition of scope/team/schedule/communication plan for major product developments, work closely with the global Head of R&D to ensure execution of Transformation Initiatives, lead implementation of efficiency initiatives – e.g - global processes & tools) Lead temporary task-forces to solve issues/unblock roadblocks in key development projects, working together with globally distributed teams Consult, coach and train project managers, leaders and teams worldwide on project management best practices and product development processes. Qualifications Project/Program/Portfolio Mgmt. knowledge and hands-on experience Strong experience in Product Development Processes & Project Management Processes & Tools in global environments. Ability to lead initiatives without authority in a matrix organization: create plans, drive alignment across functions and monitor implementation. 5 years of work experience (program management or consultancy roles preferred), ideally in an international /multicultural environment. Academic degree in engineering or business. Analytical with outstanding facilitation and communication skills. Ability to tailor reports and communications for the Executive levels. Able to identify and resolve conflicts. Ability to build strong good working relationships with management and team. Strong personality to be able to convince people is part of your profile.
