We are looking for a Wintel Administrator to join our team for a multinational leader in the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain performance in a demanding service environment with critical services (thousands of virtual servers and hundreds of physical ones). • Ensure high availability of the infrastructure. • Administer infrastructure through scripting. • Vulnerability remediation, obsolescence management, and proactive improvement. • Support and execution of action plans related to incidents and new projects. • Maintain architecture and access controls. • Collaborate following ITIL methodology. • On-site support in rotating shifts (8-hour days between 7:00 and 19:30). • On-call support (24/7 shifts with special compensation). Skills: Essential: • Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles. • Experience managing large environments (>1000 servers). • Strong experience with physical servers from various vendors: Dell, IBM, HP. • Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 support and troubleshooting. • Scripting with PowerShell. • Active Directory knowledge (GPO's, Kerberos, DNS). • Security patching experience. • High English spoken and written (B2/C). Desirable: • Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Openstack. • Knowledge of antivirus agents and ePo. • Microsoft & Veritas clustering. • SAN disk management on Windows. • Development in other languages. • Basic SQL. • Ansible and Ansible Tower knowledge. • Ticketing tools experience. • French language valued.
