The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using GitHub Copilot, including practical knowledge of its advantages and limitations, and be able to provide guidelines and best practices for its effective use.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide and support 50 Technical Leads from various teams in implementing specific DevOps automated processes.Conduct individual meetings to explain required steps, including testing procedures and pipeline job additions.Instruct Technical Leads on how to document and maintain evidence of task completion.Schedule follow-up meetings to verify successful implementation of tasks.Collaborate with the DevOps Lead to address any technical questions or issues.Track progress and report on task completion to ensure deadlines are met.Required Skills and ExperienceSeveral years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in complex software system design.Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns and SOLID principles.Proven, long-term experience working with GitHub Copilot.Ability to write clear usage guidelines and provide practical advice on tool usage.Proactive, autonomous, and persistent with excellent communication skills.Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.Additional InformationLocation: Barcelona.
