We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative focused on the Constructor Tech Learning product portfolio to join our international team. The role involves growing revenue in the Americas (North & Latin America). The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English & Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
- Flexible working hours aligned with US business hours
Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with qualified leads, schedule demos, nurture relationships, and close smaller deals within the Americas. For larger opportunities, you will collaborate with the Account Executive team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales skills within a promising SaaS startup.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and follow up on sales opportunities via calls and emails
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and record deals in CRM
- Develop and manage new and existing business opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Manage the sales cycle for smaller deals
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Achieve quarterly sales targets
- Provide feedback to improve sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals
- Ability to explain technical products effectively
- CRM familiarity is a plus
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
