This role ensures consistent application of global HR and PR policies, aligns regional needs with global objectives, and partners with HR leadership to promote a positive workplace culture.**Role responsibilities*** Oversee and execute workplace investigations, accommodations, and corrective actions, ensuring compliance and consistency across countries and regions.* Lead and participate in global business process projects, driving timely implementations, process improvements, and enhanced employee experiences, while supporting scalable self-service principles.* Serve as the escalation point for high-risk or sensitive PR matters, including workforce actions and terminations within the region.* Monitor and report on regional PR metrics, identify trends, and recommend proactive solutions to address potential risks.* Collaborate with Legal Employment, the Business Integrity Office, and HR leadership to resolve complex regional challenges.**Role Requirements*** Deep understanding of HR and PR practices, policies, and legal requirements across multiple EMEA countries.* Strong analytical skills to identify trends and develop solutions.* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially when working with cross-functional and global teams.* Proven ability to manage sensitive and high-risk cases with discretion and professionalism.* Experience in leading process improvement initiatives and supporting scalable HR models.**We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
