If you’re a natural leader who loves teamwork and takes pride in results — this is your opportunity to shine Supervisor Role at AQFS The supervisor position at AQFS is an exciting and dynamic role where you’ll interact with and train team members, acting as an extension of the Area Manager. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing part of your shift and assisting in cleaning and facility. Managing, training and developing team members to ensure top customer satisfaction. Conducting daily huddles and weekly meetings with the Area Manager. Reporting customer interaction via Salesforce. Performing inspections, final walk‑throughs, and correcting deficiencies. Training, developing and motivating staff. Identifying employees for promotion or additional hours. Maintaining or exceeding budgeted labor goals. Streamlining cleaning processes for efficiency. Delivering supplies to buildings. Laundering rags, mop heads, and dust mop heads. Ensuring cleaners have necessary supplies and tools in advance. Communicating important information to staff, such as changes in budgeted hours, processes and procedures. Being accountable for labor overages and customer complaints.
