O que você está procurandoA equipa da Cosentino Porto está à procura de um Architect & Designer Sales Manager para fazer crescer a Área Comercial do negócio. O Architect & Designer Sales Manager é responsável pela obtenção de especificações de Design de um portfólio existente de Arquitetos e Especificadores e desenvolvimento de novos negócios com contas-chave do projeto na área.ResponsabilidadesCriar um plano de vendas de curto e longo prazo para penetrar empresas de Arquitetura e Design, desenvolvedores, contas corporativas, novos proprietários e prestadores de serviços para obter especificações e vendas de superfícies de trabalho, pavimentos, revestimentos interiores e fachadas exteriores.Desenvolver novas oportunidades de projeto através de esforços de vendas pessoais e relações profissionais com arquitetos, designers, proprietários de edifícios e empresas de gestão imobiliária envolvidas em novos trabalhos de desenvolvimento ou renovação para interiores e exteriores existentes.Promover os produtos da organização em apresentações formais a arquitetos, designers e organizações direcionadas.Executar planos de vendas criados dentro de prazos acordados pelo cliente ou pela Gestão da Cosentino.Mantér relações precisas, colocação de produtos e detalhes dos projetos com desenvolvimentos atualizados dentro da base de dados de gestão de projetos (Sales Force CRM).Gerar o desenvolvimento de vendas de produtos de superfície Cosentino.Aplicações exteriores dentro da geografia central, mantendo uma consciência constante dos mercados e procurando oportunidades lucrativas focadas no crescimento organizacional.Representar e promover ativamente a Cosentino para a comunidade através do acolhimento e presença de eventos do capítulo local.Ser responsável pela gestão e comunicação oportunas em todas as partes para garantir a implementação bem sucedida de vendas de programas, incluindo a atualização de garantias de vendas, dados técnicos de produtos e informações, amostras, maquetes e propostas.Criar orçamentos de vendas próprios e manter a disciplina para se estar dentro dos orçamentos de vendas e despesas atribuídos em uma base mensal, trimestral e anual.Assistir a programas de implementação de conta corporativa em uma base regional, se for necessário. Esta tarefa pode exigir viagens fora da geografia atribuída, para chamar proprietários, fabricantes e empreiteiros de instalação para facilitar e gerir os programas de lançamento de vários locais.Ter compromisso com a aprendizagem contínua e conhecimento dos produtos da Cosentino Surfacing, ter os requisitos adequados de aplicação e especificação, junto com o processo de fabricação e instalação, para garantir o uso adequado e a satisfação geral do cliente.Atuar como facilitador e fornecer recomendações aos mandos superiores com informações-chaves sobre vendas, no que diz respeito a mercados e regiões.Coordenar com a Cosentino Account Managers, parceiros de negócios, fabricantes e empreiteiros de instalação para garantir a realização bem-sucedida da execução de projetos locais.O que você precisa para ter sucessoExperiência ProfissionalDeve ter pelo menos 4-5 anos de experiência num papel semelhante.
