Take a look at this job positionAs a Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to customers, addressing both technical and administrative inquiries through telephone, chat, and email. This includes assisting customers with installations and configuring their terminals or online payment solutions, troubleshooting reported issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.ProfileFluent in Danish (Level C2)Working proficiency in EnglishExperience in a call centreStrong communication and social skillsPositive attitude towards changesTeam-player mentalityStrong listening skillsService-oriented approachAbility to handle conflicts constructivelyDaily tasksBlocking lost / stolen credit and debit cardsYou will handle inquiries from credit card holders and ensure the security and protection of credit card informationIdentity verification, answering questions, and explaining any steps are among your core dutiesChecking temporarily blocked cards for transactions and permanently blocking or unblocking the credit cardHandling claims filesBenefitsPaid trainingFree Spanish lessons (once a week)Unique, atmospheric, people-oriented call centre, with a good dose of funMarket-based basic salary with the possibility of a bonusEmployee benefits such as meal cards, transport cards, and private insurance4 company outings per yearFree fruit and coffeeGrowth opportunitiesLocationBarcelona, Spain
