Madrid, Barcelona, Dubai, Sao Paulo, and Mexico Business Description As a Consultant in the Digital team, you will play a key role in defining digitalization strategies, developing advanced analytics and machine learning solutions, and designing big data architectures for cloud environments. Collaborating closely with other business areas, you'll help deliver innovative, data-driven insights to optimize operations across various transport modes. Responsibilities: Define digitalization and automation strategies for operations or specific business processes. Develop artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms that add value to our customers. Perform advanced analytics to support operational and strategic consulting projects. Support the design and implementation of big data architectures in cloud environments. Functions Our digital team collaborates on projects with other practices within the organization (operations, strategy…) to provide top-tier recommendations and develop Big Data and Data Science projects, from cloud architecture to complex machine learning algorithms that add value to our clients' businesses. This team operates across all transportation modes, with members often specializing in one or multiple modes. Professional Profile Desired Skills and Experience: Master's degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Aeronautical, Naval, Civil Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science. An MIM is a plus. Experience in Big Data and Data Science is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab, Scala, C++, or Java, with eagerness to learn more. Experience setting up Big Data architectures, especially in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP, is desirable. Experience or coursework in machine learning and database management is a plus but not mandatory. Transportation consultancy experience is advantageous but not essential. High self-reliance and capacity to work independently. Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Availability to travel.
