Comenzamos en el sector de la hostelería —cubriendo turnos de camareros, ayudantes de cocina y personal de eventos— pero nuestra ambición es mucho más amplia: estamos construyendo la infraestructura tecnológica que permita redefinir cómo se accede al trabajo blue collar en Europa. Queremos que cualquier persona pueda trabajar cuándo, dónde y cuanto quiera, sin papeleos ni fricciones.Desde el lado técnico, Shifty automatiza el emparejamiento entre oferta y demanda de personal, integrando módulos de disponibilidad, geolocalización, sistema de reputación, logística y control horario. Las empresas pueden solicitar trabajadores en segundos desde una app, mientras que los trabajadores eligen turnos según sus preferencias y cobran en pocos días. Es un ecosistema en tiempo real, impulsado por datos y diseñado para escalar.Shifty busca CTO para unirse al equipo y liderar la evolución de nuestra plataforma marketplace, definiendo la arquitectura de microservicios, potenciando el backend en Django y el frontend móvil en React Native e incorporando soluciones de IA/ML que optimicen la asignación de turnos y eleven la calidad del servicio en el sector blue-collar en España.Lo que harásDefinir y ejecutar la visión tecnológica de la plataforma.Diseñar y mantener arquitecturas basadas en microservicios.Desarrollar en Django para el backend y React Native en el frontend móvil.Integrar soluciones de IA/ML para optimizar la asignación de turnos y mejorar la calidad del servicio.Implementar metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban) para el desarrollo rápido de nuevas funcionalidades.Lo que buscamos8–10 años de experiencia en desarrollo de sistemas escalables y arquitectura de software.Experiencia previa en roles de liderazgo técnico o CTO en startups de rápido crecimiento.Conocimientos sólidos de despliegue en la nube (AWS/GCP/Azure).Experiencia aplicando IA/ML en proyectos de matching o recomendación.Salario competitivo más paquete de stock options.Flexibilidad horaria y cultura de autonomía.Un reto de alto impacto: liderar la tecnología que transformará el acceso al trabajo blue-collar en España.Impulsa el futuro del trabajo blue-collar en España con Shifty: únete a nosotros y lidera la próxima generación de talento #J-18808-Ljbffr
