Trabajamos con una Fintech líder en innovación y tecnología financiera. Esta fintech está revolucionando el sector con soluciones digitales y tiene un enfoque disruptivo para ofrecer servicios financieros accesibles y eficientes. Actualmente, están buscando un Risk Manager especializado en gestión de riesgos financieros para unirse a su equipo y fortalecer la infraestructura de control y gestión de riesgos a medida que continúan su expansión.Responsabilidades del Puesto:Realizar una debida diligencia de los clientes, analizando y revisando la documentación relevante para asegurar el cumplimiento normativo.Monitorear las transacciones entrantes y salientes, identificando riesgos relacionados con el lavado de dinero y la financiación del terrorismo.Realizar verificaciones de Personas Expuestas Políticamente (PEP) y llevar a cabo revisiones de medios adversos.Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar que las operaciones se adhieran a las políticas internas y regulaciones externas.Desarrollar y mantener procedimientos internos relacionados con el cumplimiento regulatorio y la gestión de riesgos.Contribuir al proceso de mejora continua de los procesos internos en cuanto a cumplimiento regulatorio y gestión de riesgos.Calificaciones y Habilidades Técnicas:Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un puesto relacionado con la gestión de riesgos o cumplimiento regulatorio, preferiblemente dentro de una fintech o entidad bancaria.Título universitario en Derecho, Finanzas, Economía o campos relacionados.Conocimiento sólido de regulaciones KYC, AML (Anti-Lavado de Dinero), CTF (Counter-Terrorist Financing), y estándares internacionales de cumplimiento.Habilidades analíticas avanzadas y gran atención al detalle, con capacidad para interpretar alertas y gestionar riesgos de forma eficaz.Experiencia en verificación de PEP y en la realización de filtros de sanciones.Familiaridad con tipologías de delitos financieros, detección de fraude y las regulaciones pertinentes de cumplimiento.Experiencia en el uso de herramientas y sistemas de cumplimiento para monitorear transacciones y datos de clientes.Excelente comunicación en español e inglés, tanto escrita como verbal.Lo que se Ofrece:Un entorno de trabajo dinámico y colaborativo con una fintech en expansión.Oportunidad de influir directamente en la gestión de riesgos y la estrategia de crecimiento de la empresa.Salario competitivo y beneficios adicionales (seguro de salud, plan de pensiones, etc.).Flexibilidad de trabajo híbrido.Un equipo internacional que valora la innovación y la autonomía en el trabajo.Oportunidades de crecimiento profesional dentro de una fintech líder.Si cumples con los requisitos y deseas unirte a una fintech innovadora que está marcando la diferencia en el sector, esperamos tu candidaturaEnvía tu CV actualizadoa tania.cano@antal.com.
