What we’re looking for We are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing & Community Specialist to join our team in Sitges. You’ll play a key role connecting the Marketing, Design, and Buying departments to ensure our communication, content, and campaigns stay perfectly aligned with product launches and the fast-paced world of gaming. What you’ll do Act as the central link between Marketing, Design, and Buying teams to coordinate product availability, pricing, and promotional strategies Prepare and deliver briefings for major game releases and marketing campaigns (such as Black Friday, Christmas, and other key moments), ensuring all teams are aligned. Manage and schedule posts across our social media channels — X (Twitter), Instagram, and Facebook. Handle community management, engaging with our followers and staying alert to the latest gaming news and trends to react quickly. Work closely with the Design team to develop creative and visual content for social media and partner campaigns. Keep the content calendar up to date, including game releases, marketing campaigns, and social media content. Monitor stock and live product sales, updating website banners and promotional materials as needed. Coordinate and send marketing communications for game releases and campaigns, including email marketing, push notifications, and Discord campaign messages. Who you are Passionate about video games, online communities, and digital marketing. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills. Creative and proactive, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experienced in social media management, content creation, and marketing coordination.
