Las** tareas **que aprenderás como Cross Site Merchandiser son:

- **Diseño Estratégico en la Web**. Diseñar y organizar la presentación de productos en la web, garantizando una experiência de usuario fluida y atractiva.
- **Estrategias de Marketing Digital**. Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de promoción y marketing de productos en línea, incluyendo tácticas de compra por impulso y generación de demanda.
- **Optimización Basada en Datos.** Utilizar análisis avanzados para evaluar y optimizar el rendimiento de productos en la web, identificando oportunidades para mejorar la experiência del cliente. Desarrollo y gestión de a/b testing.
- **Colaboración Multidisciplinaria. **Colaborar con equipos de diseño, contextos, categorías y marketing para presentar los productos de manera atractiva y relevante para nuestros consumidores.
- **Resolución de Problemas.** Trabajar con equipos internos para abordar problemas relacionados con el contenido web y asegurarte de que todo funcione sin problemas.
- **Gestión y Monitorización de campañas.** Supervisar y gestionar la visibilidad de campañas en espacios publicitarios en línea, asegurando su rendimiento óptimo.
- **Desarrollo Estratégico**. Contribuir en la definición de estrategias y objetivos dentro del equipo, participando activamente en la optimización de activaciones y campañas.

**Requisitos**:

- Conocimientos sólidos en Marketing Digital y E-commerce, con una especialización en estrategias de merchandising online.
- Conocimientos de la industria y del mercado en el que se encuentra la empresa. Capacidad para mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias del mercado y competidores, contribuyendo al desarrollo y diseño de campañas.
- Dominar herramientas y técnicas de diseño web, pruebas A/B y UX para optimizar la presentación de productos.
- Habilidades avanzadas para interpretar datos y medir el impacto de las estrategias implementadas.
- Habilidades avanzadas de negociación para colaborar con otros equipos y optimizar resultados.
- Nível B2 inglés.
