To support our Customer Care team we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – US English late shift (f / m / d) to be based in our Barcelona office.WHAT YOU WILL DOYou will be part of a team dedicated to supporting our customers in the fast-growing US Market.Advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order processAnswering customer requests (phone calls and e-mails)Providing the best in class customer service based on a fine understanding of the nature of e-commerce businessContinuous improvement of internal processesCoordinate with cross-functional teams including payment, customs, warehouse, and shipping to troubleshoot product / customer related issuesThe training hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, between 9am-8pm CET, while the positions hours will be Monday-Friday 3pm-12am CET.WHO YOU AREHave excellent verbal and written knowledge of US English at native level; additional languages are a plusHave a first experience in the customer care or any other service oriented industryConscientiousness when dealing with customer-dataFlexibility and ability to work under pressure, capacity for teamworkProactive, good organizational skills and time managementExperience with ticketing systems preferredWHAT WE OFFERUp to 32 days of holiday, depending on the length of service, starting with 28 days (excluding public holidays and weekends)Mobile office / Mobile office abroad (Job and position permitting)Language & e-learning coursesFlexible remuneration benefits (ticket restaurant, transport and child care – redirect a set sum of your monthly (gross) salary directly towards the different tickets)Discounted membership for selected sports platforms & gymsPrivate health insuranceIndividual support on mental health & well-beingWHO WE AREMytheresa is one of the leading global digital luxury shopping platforms.
