What You'll Do As a member of BCG Platinion, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to evaluate and coach client technology teams, define strategies, manage quality and risks, and maintain client expectations. You will develop digital and architectural solutions, manage requirements, and apply your technical expertise alongside business understanding and analytical skills. You will actively contribute to SAP-related projects, especially migration to SAP S/4HANA, addressing client challenges and developing superior SAP methodologies and solutions. Our clients rely on us for sound IT advice, particularly regarding SAP S/4HANA migration strategies amidst planned maintenance stops. Your role will involve developing innovative ERP SAP solutions, applying your technical and process knowledge to meet client needs. BCG is an Equal Opportunity Employer. What You'll Bring 6-8 years of experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects, preferably in top consulting firms. Strong methodological background with knowledge of SAP rollout procedures (SAP ASAP, , SAP Activate). Familiarity with SAP tools like Solution Manager, Release Management, and modern CD/CI environments (e.g., Jenkins). Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and relevant business solutions for large transformation projects. Understanding of hosting options for SAP S/4HANA (on-premise, cloud, RISE, Grow with SAP). Knowledge of modern, data-driven architectures and integration of SAP modules (Purchase-2-Pay, Order-2-Cash, etc.). Awareness of SAP innovations like SAP BDC, SAP Business AI, and SAP BTI Services. Deep understanding of SAP Data & Analytics portfolio. Experience managing decision processes at organizational levels. Ability to align teams and organizations towards common goals. Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and results-oriented skills. Fluency in Spanish and English. Degree in a STEM or business management field with strong academic performance.
