Este rol combinadiseño estructural de embalajes,manuales de instalación,soporte técnico al producto, y una línea creciente dediseño de interacción física. Formarás parte de un departamento muy transversal, trabajando estrechamente con Oficina Técnica, Desarrollo de Producto, Calidad, Soporte y Marketing.
Responsabilidades
Packaging estructural (pilar principal) Diseño, mejora y validación de embalajes para nuevas colecciones. Prototipado con plotter, pruebas físicas y ajustes. Resolución de incidencias detectadas en planta, cliente o transporte. Coordinación con proveedores y supervisión de la calidad final.
Diseño de etiquetas y elementos gráficos asociados al embalaje. Manuales e instrucciones Diseño de manuales de instalación visuales y claros, con enfoque premium. Creación de diagramas, pictogramas y guías visuales. Diagnóstico y mejora de incidencias derivadas de instrucciones poco claras.
Interacción con producto (área en crecimiento) Aportación de visión de usuario en proyectos de interacción física (p. ej. botoneras). Influencia en decisiones de diseño de producto desde la perspectiva de experiencia física. Trabajo transversal Colaboración continua con Producto, Industrialización, Calidad, Marketing y Soporte. Formación a operarios en nuevos embalajes o cambios de proceso.
Diagnósticos E2E cuando existen incidencias relacionadas con embalajes o manuales.
Perfil buscado
Formación enDiseño Industrial, Ingeniería de Producto o Diseño de Producto. Experiencia sólida enpackaging estructural(imprescindible). Experiencia en diseño de manuales técnicos e instrucciones visuales. Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinares.
Sensibilidad estética y orientación a diseño premium. Conocimientos en diseño centrado en el usuario y procesos E2E. Castellano fluido e inglés mínimo B2; catalán valorable. Se valorará especialmente experiencia en: Electrónica de consumo premium, iluminación, audio o pequeño electrodoméstico high-end.
Prototipado y pruebas físicas de embalaje. Trabajo directo con operarios y planta.
Condiciones
Modalidad híbrida: mínimo 3 días presenciales (ocasionalmente 2). Horario: 8:00–17:00 o 9:00–18:00 (viernes y meses de verano en horario intensivo). Contrato indefinido en empresa en crecimiento. Salario competitivo y retribución flexible. #J-18808-Ljbffr
