Residential Services Validation Technician (FTTH/IPTV/VoIP) We are looking for a Residential Services Validation Technician (FTTH/IPTV/VoIP) with more than 2 years of experience in functional and performance testing of routers, repeaters, STBs, and other residential CPEs. The role involves CPE homologation, execution of manual and automated tests, trace and protocol analysis (RFCs, Wireshark, iTest, TR‑069, IPv6), highlighting strong competencies in technical rigor, analytical skills, and quality orientation within telecommunications. Main Responsibilities Firmware validation and CPE equipment homologation, ensuring compliance with RFC standards and customer specifications. Connectivity, routing, Wi‑Fi, and convergent services testing, guaranteeing interoperability across different customer devices. Trace analysis and incident diagnosis, using tools such as Wireshark, iTest, or TR‑069. Design and execution of manual and automated test cases, ensuring full coverage of scenarios. Technical documentation and results analysis, including compliance reports and improvement recommendations. Requirements Technical background in Telecommunications or Computer Science. Over 2 years of experience in validation of FTTH/IPTV/VoIP services and CPE testing. Knowledge of RFC protocols, IPv6, and tools such as Wireshark, iTest, and TR‑069. Experience with manual and automated testing. Strong analytical skills, quality orientation, and teamwork abilities. Technical English proficiency.
