DescripciónEl rol de un Customer Success Specialist implica brindar atención al cliente y gestión de carteras, con el objetivo de aumentar la satisfacción del cliente y promover productos o servicios.Algunas de las responsabilidades incluyen establecer procedimientos para mejorar la experiencia del cliente, desarrollar y gestionar la cartera de clientes, analizar datos para optimizar la atención al cliente, y colaborar con diferentes departamentos para mejorar la satisfacción del cliente.Requisitos:Experiencia en ventas, calidad y atención al cliente; habilidades persuasivas y motivación para resolver problemas e interactuar con clientes.Experiencia deseable:Entornos B2B y/o B2C, herramientas CRM como Hubspot y/o ClickUp, entornos dinámicos y ecosistemas tecnológicos.Beneficios:Paquete salarial atractivo basado en experiencia, plan de carrera acorde al crecimiento de la compañía y desarrollo profesional.Descripción del trabajo híbrido:3 días en la oficina y 2 días en casa.Sobre nuestra empresa:Nos caracterizamos por humanizar y agilizar los procesos de selección, sumergirnos en la realidad de nuestros partners y comprender sus necesidades y esencia.Con más de 15 años de experiencia, hemos escalado grandes referentes del sector y nuestro objetivo es transformar empresas mediante la incorporación del mejor talento.
