It comes from our belief that life is richer when we truly connect to the people and the world around us.About the location:The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes. The hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate and is currently undergoing restoration and renovation, scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of goods and supplies to ensure accuracy and quality.Maintain organized records of incoming shipments and manage inventory levels.Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper distribution of received items.Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to management for resolution.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving area to ensure efficient operations.Our Ideal Receiving Clerk candidate will have:Attention to Detail: Strong ability to inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage inventory and maintain accurate records.Experience in Inventory Management: Prior experience in a warehouse or receiving role, with knowledge of inventory control processes.Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer applications for data entry and reporting.Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with vendors and team members.Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks related to receiving and storing products.Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to address discrepancies in shipments and resolve issues efficiently.Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.Knowledge of Safety Procedures: Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices for handling goods in a warehouse environment.Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet deadlines.Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.Customer Service Orientation: A focus on providing excellent service to internal customers and maintaining positive vendor relationships.Dependability: Reliability in attendance and performance, ensuring consistency in receiving operations.Adaptability: Ability to handle changes in workload and unexpected situations with a positive attitude.Knowledge of Food and Beverage: For hospitality roles, a basic understanding of food and beverage items may be beneficial.Work Experience: 2 YearsDegree: TechnicianLanguages: Spanish / EnglishLanguage Ability: HighLanguage Proficiency: FluentTime: Full TimePosition Worker Type: SeasonalWhat we offer:Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits packageExcellent Training and Development opportunitiesComplimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and ResortComplimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee UniformsComplimentary Employee Meals
