With a global reach and regional divisions, in Spain you will be a key partner in helping chefs adapt to industry changes, like shifting consumer behavior, staff shortages, and rising costs.Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team that’s transforming the food service industry?JOB PURPOSEUnilever Food Solutions Spain is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Sales Excellence & Operations department. This role is pivotal in driving our vision to be at the forefront of the Foodservice sector, delivering exceptional Customer Experience through a hybrid (digital and physical) engagement strategy that maximizes our data and knowledge of chefs and restaurateurs. As a key member of the Spain Leadership Team, you will report directly to the Managing Director of Unilever Food Solutions Spain and lead a talented team of over 10 individuals, including members from Business Insights, Data Analysts, Pricing, Execution, Capabilities, and Telesales. You will also play a crucial role in collaborating with global and European strategies, as Spain is a leading country in this role.Find your purpose at Unilever. If you have excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities and proficiency in both digital and physical customer engagement strategies then this role is just for you.WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEDrive significant double-digit growth by developing and executing innovative strategies that set new industry standards.Define and implement cutting-edge pricing policies and trade terms focused on Net Revenue Management to maximize profitability.Lead the commercial and digital transformation of the business, leveraging data and advanced infrastructure systems to create a seamless and impactful customer journey.Inspire and cultivate key talent within the organization, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development at both national and international levels.Collaborate with global and European teams to align strategies and share best practices, ensuring Spain remains a benchmark for success in the Foodservice sector.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & QualificationsOver 10 years of experience in the HORECA sector, with a background in leading companies or specialized consulting firms.Deep knowledge of data and data systems, e-commerce, CRM, data lakes, and BI.Proven track record of transformative business vision and close knowledge of commercial teams and distributors.High level of proficiency in English and Spanish.SkillsExcellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in both digital and physical customer engagement strategies.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.You are an inclusive motivator of people.
