Join a dynamic and constantly growing team in mobile application development. The professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining hybrid mobile applications using Ionic as the main technology, as well as collaborating in the technical management of a small team of developers. The work environment is international, requiring a C1 level of English to interact with other teams and stakeholders. Qualifications Academic background: University degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a similar field. Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile application development. Solid experience with Ionic Capacitor. Knowledge and experience in Swift / iOS (at least one native platform). Experience in managing or coordinating small technical teams. C1 level of English spoken and written. Native or bilingual Spanish. Knowledge of Java and/or React. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize hybrid mobile applications using Ionic. Coordinate and provide technical support to a small team of developers. Collaborate with designers, QA, and product managers in defining and delivering new features. Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices (versioning, testing, documentation). Participate in code reviews and propose continuous technical improvements. Communicate technical progress and challenges in English with international teams. Hybrid model: 2 days in the office (Ciudad Lineal – Madrid), 3 days remote. Permanent contract.
